Processing & Production Time

 

• All doors are made to order.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for production.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

• We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or courier services depending on your location.
• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote and regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

• We currently offer shipping to select countries.
• International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges incurred.
